The El Capitan Theatre's Sensory Inclusive Program gives all guests the opportunity to experience movies in a safe space. Modifications include:
- Specially trained staff by Kulture City
- A calming lobby environment, featuring dimmed lighting, monitors turned off, and pre-made snacks
- Dimmed lights and lower sound in the auditorium
- Reduced smells and sounds in the theatre lobby
- Reduced theatre capacity
- A mobile Sensory Station
- Sensory bags to reduce anxiety (available upon request)

Inspired by the classic theme park attraction, “Haunted Mansion” is about a woman and her son who enlist a motley crew of so-called spiritual experts to help rid their home of supernatural squatters. The film’s producers are Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich, with Nick Reynolds and Tom Peitzman serving as executive producers.
