El Capitan Theatre Code of Conduct
For the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests, we ask that you comply with the following Code of Conduct while at the El Capitan Theatre.
All guests ages 2 and up will be required to wear masks or face coverings to enter the theatre. Guests are required to wear face coverings at all times, except when actively enjoying concession items. In addition to face coverings, guests must still follow physical distancing guidelines (including posted directions inside the theatre). Guests must provide their own disposable or reusable face coverings. Face coverings must:
• Fully cover an individual’s nose and mouth
• Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face
• Be secured, for example, with ties or ear loops
• Be made of breathable material, either disposable or reusable
• Costume masks are not considered face coverings. In alignment with our existing code of conduct, outlined below, costume masks may not be worn by any guests age 14 or older.
Upon arrival at the El Capitan Theatre, you will undergo a temperature screening with no-touch thermometers. Based on guidance from health authorities, anyone displaying a temperature of 100.4 F or above will be directed to an additional location for re-screening and assistance. Those with temperatures 100.4 F or above will not be allowed entry; those in their party will not be allowed entry either. Before you leave home, be sure to check the temperatures of everyone in your party—including yourself—as an extra layer of precaution.
