Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Saving a large quantity of seats in the theatre is not permitted. Please arrive at the theatre at least 45 minutes to one hour prior to show time. All general admission ticket holders must wait in line (including group sales guests). The only exceptions are VIP admission ticket holders. VIP admissions tickets include a reserved seat, popcorn and a drink. Saving places in line is not permitted. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available at the theatre at no cost and require a driver's license or credit card as security. Guests requiring this service should see the theatre manager 30 minutes prior to show time. Groups with members requiring assisted listening devices, please contact the theatre at (323) 467-9545.
Seating accessible by wheelchairs is available on the main floor (street level) of the theatre. Guests requiring extra assistance may be permitted to enter the theatre before the doors are opened. Please see the theatre manager 30 minutes prior to show time or call the theatre at (323) 467-9545 and alert us to any special needs so the theatre can be prepared to serve you.
Restrooms are located on the lower and balcony levels of the theatre. Two wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located on the main floor (street level).
Tickets will be available for pick-up at the El Capitan Theatre box office. Tickets will be held under the purchaser's name, and this will be the only person authorized to pick up tickets. A photo ID is required. It will be the sole responsibility of the person picking up tickets to distribute them to his or her party.
Code Of Conduct
For the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests, we ask that you comply with the following Code of Conduct while at the El Capitan Theatre.
The following items and activities are prohibited in the Theatre.
Outside food or beverage.
Weapons of any kind, or objects that appear to be weapons (also including toy blasters, squirt guns, etc.)
Laser pointers or other items that may be disruptive.
Fighting, shouting or offensive behavior.
Pets, except service animals (Trained service animals are welcome and must be wearing an identifying assistive-companion vest. Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and should keep them on a leash or harness while visiting. Cast Members are not permitted to take control of service animals.)
Unauthorized recording/Unauthorized video or audio recording devices, including camcorders and tape recorders.
By entering the Theatre, you consent to a physical search of your belongings and person for recording devices. If you bring an unauthorized recording device into the Theatre, you consent to forfeiture of the device and its contents. If you attempt to use an unauthorized recording device, you consent to your immediate removal from the Theatre. Unauthorized recording is against the law. 17 United States Code 501
Please refrain from saving places in line for parties who are arriving later.

Your bags and personal belongings may be subject to search for your own protection.
Appropriate attire, including shoes and shirts, is required at all times.
Masks may not be worn by any guests age 14 or older (unless required for medical purposes). When worn by younger guests, masks must provide unobstructed peripheral vision at all times with openings that allow the eyes to be fully seen."

Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed in the theatre.
Any guest who fails to comply with the code of conduct may be asked to leave the theatre. All laws will be strictly enforced. Theatre management reserves the right to amend the code of conduct at any time.
